Just a quick note of appreciation and thanks for the 34 Strong StrengthsFinder training and coaching programs you guided my team through. The sessions served as both personal and professional development. The individuals appreciated knowing their strengths and how they uniquely contributed to group perception, performance and growth. Six months after our last session, my team still references their strengths and sees how their talents help in growth, career development and contributions to the team.

34 Strong lead our team retreat by taking us through the Strengths based process of talent identification and application after taking the StrengthsFinder Assessment. Our retreat focused on understanding our own strengths and those of the team. Tangible techniques were introduced during the retreat to help the team better communicate, understand each other and form partnerships within the team and externally. I found the process very helpful and insightful and CALSAE will continue using 34 Strong so we can continue the process of further imbedding the Strengths-Based principles and techniques within our culture.
Working with the 34 Strong, team on Strengths-Based Leadership Development is truly a positive and inclusive experience. I have found the 34 Strong team to be accessible, innovative, adaptive and responsive to my ideas and invitations to partner in my efforts to develop strong student leadership teams. Their flexibility, both as individual team members and as an organization, promote strong networks and creative solutions to greatly advance the work of the individuals they support.
